By using the services of SureSource Procurement Solutions LLP (“we,” “us,” “our“), you (“Client,” “User,” or “you“) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Services Offered

SureSource Procurement Solutions LLP provides professional consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• Tender bidding support and documentation

• Government e-Marketplace (GeM) registration and support

• Certification services (ISO, MSME, Start-Up India, etc.)

• Compliance documentation and application filing

• Advisory on procurement policies and government tenders

2. Service Engagement

• All engagements must be confirmed through written communication (email, signed proposal, or service agreement).

• Clients must provide complete and accurate information/documents as required to initiate and execute the services.

• SureSource reserves the right to accept or decline any service request at its sole discretion.

3. Fees and Payment

• All fees are to be paid as per the agreed quotation or proposal.

• Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of non-initiation of service due to SureSource’s fault.

• Delayed payments may attract additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information required for service execution.

• Any delay caused due to incomplete information or non-cooperation will not be the responsibility of SureSource.

• The client must ensure all shared data is legally owned or authorized for use.

5. Confidentiality

• We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and documents.

• Any proprietary or sensitive information shared will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, unless required by law or necessary for service performance.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials, content, formats, or templates developed by SureSource remain its intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for internal business use.

7. Limitation of Liability

• SureSource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use.

• Our liability under any circumstance shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Third-Party Services

• Our services may involve coordination with third-party platforms (e.g., GeM, ISO certifiers, Government portals).

• SureSource is not responsible for delays, rejections, or changes in third-party policies or actions.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other breaches any material obligation.

• Upon termination, any pending fees for services rendered shall become immediately due and payable.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural calamities

• Government actions

• Technical outages

• Labor strikes

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Ahmedabad, Gujarat].

12. Amendments

SureSource reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our website and shall become effective immediately upon posting.
